Owner and Founder
Johnathan Duncan has been in Idaho for nearly 20 years and loves this area of the country. Born in Wyoming, he is a country boy at heart and enjoys many outdoor activities that this area provides such as hunting, fly fishing, camping, and hiking.
Johnathan has been designing homes since he was in high school and continued that love hands-on for many years, building homes in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. With that experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and an Associate's degree in Architectural Technologies, he is well appointed to provide the design and drafting services to people looking to have their dream home designed and drawn.
Precise, (nearly to a flaw), he ensures quality throughout the process, from design standards, concepts and constructability, through the final reviews of the final construction documentation.
Johnathan lives in Ammon with his wife and 4 children.
